Randy McCoy has been a Worship Pastor for almost 20 years, primarily with two churches; Vineyard Church of Kansas City North and Vineyard Church of the Rockies in Fort Collins, Colorado. Both are multi site churches of almost 3000 attendees and have large thriving worship ministries. Randy also spent four years as the Event Director for Vineyard Music USA and continues to oversee training events for the Vineyard Movement regularly.

Randy became the Worship Pastor at Vineyard Church of KCN in 1992 as the church was starting its first weekend services. From that time until 2003, when Randy felt called to go serve the Vineyard Movement on a national level with Vineyard Music USA, Randy had built a solid, growing, vibrant worship ministry. He was also able to entrust the ministry to two outstanding worship pastors that he had trained and released to take his place.

From 2003 until 2007, Randy McCoy served as the Event Director for Vineyard Music USA; creating, overseeing and implementing various training events, concerts, conferences and retreats; most notably the National Worship Leaders Retreat East and West. These events were started independently and Randy brought them under the Vineyard Music name during his time there. Randy has seen tremendous response to these retreats, overseeing their growth from 9 attendees in 1999 to almost 270 in 2009

In 2005 Randy and his family moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and joined the Vineyard Church Fort Collins. This soon became a multi site church with a new name; Vineyard Church of the Rockies, and Randy accepted the worship pastor position in October of 2006. This church has had as many as 5 different venues and campuses, each campus requiring its own worship team members and worship leader. This situation played into Randy's strengths as he recruited and gave oversight to over 100 volunteer worship team members and trained and coached over 30 worship leaders during his time at VOTR. He has done this while regularly leading worship in his own community and impacting many other churches throughout the country through coaching, consulting, encouraging and leading worship.

Randy’s heart is for his impact, and nearly 20 years of experience in worship team management, worship team design and oversight, as well as personal and group coaching of worship leaders to be broad and effective.
