Worship Next was created by worship leaders Randy McCoy and Josh Ryan. After trying many different methods of scheduling a worship team of over 100, for multiple serveices in 4 locations, plus youth bands, they decided to create their own solution.
After a year of development, and another year of use at Vineyard Church of the Rockies and a pilot program at the Vineyard Church of Kansas City, Worship Next decided to release to the public.
Keep track of all members of your team. You manage all the "Roles" that your team is broken up into. Keep track of your Leaders, Guitar Players, Singers, Drummers, Video Techs, Sound Techs and anyone else that serves on your team.
Easily send emails to your entire team, team members in a specific role, or team members that server at a specific service.
Scheduling is made incredibly easy. You can easily set up each service and each role available. Then simply choose a team member from a list of members who are availabe at the selected time.
There is no need to try to remember your team members availibilty. They can enter their own availibily on their schedule.
When you add a new team member, you set what roles they can fill, and what services they can serve at. So, when it is time to schedule, you have a pre-filterd list to choose from.
Efficiently manage all songs in your database. Songs can be searched by artist, content or keyword/theme.
When creating a set list, just select the key you'd like the song, and it will be trasnsposed for you.
